Over the course of his consulting career, Alex has worked with many Fortune 500 corporate clients and large public sector entities on a variety of healthcare and benefits related engagements. Prior to establishing RPM Health, Alex was:

• Vice President/Partner at Value Health Management (VHM), a healthcare management consulting firm that worked on behalf of corporate Human Resource/Benefits Departments, providing strategic sourcing and supplier performance management solutions
• Vice President of Client Services and Director of Operations at Corporate Health Strategies (the predecessor to Ingenix Employer Services), a provider of healthcare information services to large corporations
• Responsible for managing a variety of functions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Connecticut including hospital/physician contracting and rate negotiation, cost management program development, customer reporting and process improvement consulting
• Staff Assistant to the President at the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association responsible for staffing key national policy initiatives

Alex holds a MBA in Hospital & Health Services Administration from the Johnson School of Business at Cornell University and a BA in Economics from Brown University.
