Over the course of his management consulting career, Hap has worked on behalf of providers, managed care organizations and large employers. Prior to joining RPM Health, Hap was:

• Senior Consultant at Presscott Associates, a managed care consulting company whose clients consisted of both provider groups and managed care organizations
• Senior Consultant at Value Health Management (VHM), a healthcare management consulting firm that worked on behalf of corporate Human Resource/Benefits Departments, providing strategic sourcing and supplier performance management solutions
• An executive at CIGNA/Equicor responsible for managing a variety of functions including actuarial/underwriting and provider relations/contracting
• Manager of Provider Relations and Contracting at Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield
• Associate Director at Queens Hospital Center responsible for management and budgeting for a broad range of professional services departments including medicine, diagnostic pulmonary and cardiology testing, pediatrics, laboratory and radiology

Hap received a Master of Science in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard University School of Public Health and his Bachelors of Liberal Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
